1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in India) from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products across India.

Shipping Times:

  • Metro Cities: Typically 3-5 business days.
  • Non-Metro Cities & Tier II/III: Typically 5-8 business days.
  • Remote Locations: May take up to 7-10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or issues faced by our shipping partners.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be indicated on the Site.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address provided, recipient unavailable), we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products damaged during transit are eligible for return/exchange. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened or used are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If an exchange is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product after receiving the original item. Shipping for the exchanged item may be subject to standard shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as items on final sale or promotional items, unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
